1/31/2013 - Turbo Taxing!

I'm still getting e-mail for Michael Brennan in Florida's Turbo Tax account.  Tried to kill it last year with no luck.  Can still access all his info, SSN, address, phone number.  He paints houses for a living.


He hasn't file yet for this year, at least not on this account.

1/31/2013 - On the road again...

Looks like I'm on the move!  I also got a survey about my experience with them, needless to say, they didn't do very well.

1/28/2013 - Bank Of America Wants to know what I think!

This has been running on for years, someone opened a Bank Of America Credit Card account and used my e-mail address.  Bank Of America can't/won't remove me.  So I get these surveys perodically.  They do very poorly.


I called them the next day, told them about how I answer their surveys, I got passed way up the line this time, with an assurance they would remove me from their systems.  We'll see.  My two answers to their essay questions are below.


Why do you rate your overall experience a 1 Not at all satisfied?

I have rated my overall experience as a 1 because a digital rectal exam from a person with freakishly large fingers would be more pleasant than dealing with Bank of America.  I'd rather be mouth raped by an elephant than talk to your customer service department.  As a whole, your customer service department is more useless than a tennis racket without strings.  I'm relatively certain most of the people I spoke to on the phone have parents who were cousins.  In other words, and I'm dumbing it down for you based on the people I've had experience with in your organization, no one working at Bank Of America could count their genitalia and get the same number twice.

You provided lower ratings for: Overall quality of service, Knowledge of Bank of America’s products and services, Asking questions to ensure they understand your reason for call, Demonstrating a willingness to resolve your question or concern, Treating you professionally. Thinking only of the last representative you spoke with, could you provide any feedback specific to that representative that can be used for coaching purposes?
I asked for CD rates and the girl told me she gets all her music from MP3s now.  She was also chewing gum and kept "axing" me things.  Don't axe me.
