9/28/2010 - Bank of America - Progress?

I got a call from Bank Of America!

When I filled out the last survey, I went ahead and used my phone number.

They called to find out why I was so unhappy with them. I explained the problem, and told them this was how I plan to fill out every Bank Of America survey going forward.

We will see if they stop e-mailing me now.

9/2/2010 - Second Time I've Done This

Ok, I managed to get the account from Hanover Animal Clinic deleted last week.

So, whoever I am went and signed ME up for it again:



So, I logged in, changed the password and checked things out.
