David
I can confirm that you have our approval to arrange for the disconnection of all the services on this site prior to demolition. Please pass on this e/mail to the service providers and ask them to contact me direct if they require any further details or wish to confirm your authority to request disconnection.
I can also confirm that we have only recently purchased this property and have not requested nor used any of the supplies in our name .The original owners West Sussex County Council are responsible for having the meters removed and I believe they have done so. They have been informed that you will be commencing demolition soon.
Kind Regards
Bob Clake

- Notification a physical disconnection of the supply is required
- Authorisation allowing other Companies to work on their behalf relating to the physical disconnection of the supply
