5/11/2013 - An important rule.

In fact, I can say that this might be the most important rule of all. When applying for a job, use your own e-mail address, unless you want funky correspondence coming back from someone else to the people you applied with for employment.

BTW - alot is not a proper word, it is a lot.

5/10/2013 - Sausage Party 2013!

I don't know any Walter Rothfus, and I don't go to Sausage Festivals.

Oh what a Blissful week-end retreat on Canoe Island I had.

We ended the Sunday morning service with these words "The Four Things That Matter Most"...that we can say to our families and friends....."Please Forgive Me"...."I Forgive You"...."Thank You"...."I Love YOU".

The theme for the Meditation was for "Self Love".... We chanted "Hallelujah" for a good part of the service. The chant is a Kriah for self hypnosis to hypnotize us into Self Love. Unconditional Self Love. Where there is self love there is no fear and where there is no fear there is no anger. Hypnotize yourself into that relationship with yourself.

Self Love Has No Conditions -- Is Right Now. Nameste!

Our focus time was experiencing a series of mini workshops the delt with Men's issues, but were general in the essence of becoming better Men, Fathers, and Lovers. My presentation was about how to deal with anger....from the Abraham-Hicks material that I have been learning and facilitating for over a year now. It was well received.

We had plenty of time to chit chat, swim in the pool, sit in the sunshine, walk around the island, play with the dogs, eat wonderful prepared French meals, do some sailing on a 39' sailboat, kayaking, testing our archery skills, listen to our tour director that had a vast knowledge of the island -- animals/plants, the history of the camp called French Camp, and the surrounding San Juan islands. Awesome week end.

OH YES, the last thing we did Saturday night was to create a poem that expressed our individual experiences....it was really FUN!!!

I believe it will be read at the Mother's Day Service this Sunday.

I Wish you all could have been with me.
